High Quality Health & Engineering Consultancy is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Structural or Civil Engineer to join our growing team in Dubai. This role combines both consultancy and project execution, with a primary focus on G+1 renovation and fit-out projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert structural engineering consultancy for renovation and fit-out projects
• Prepare, review, and validate structural drawings, calculations, and technical reports
• Ensure full compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations and UAE building codes
• Manage authority submissions and obtain required approvals
• Conduct site inspections and perform structural assessments
• Coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, and design teams
• Offer technical support and guidance throughout project execution

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
• Minimum 7 years of UAE experience in a similar role
• Dubai Municipality approval is mandatory
• Proven experience in consultancy, renovations, or fit-out projects
• Strong knowledge of UAE regulations and approval procedures
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently
• Excellent communication skills with fluency in English
