Salary: AED 7,000 – AED 8,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Structural Detailer with 3–5 years of experience in structural detailing, BIM modeling, and shop drawing preparation. The ideal candidate will have expertise in structural steel, precast, modular construction, and fabrication processes, with proficiency in Tekla Structures, AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM software. The role requires close coordination with engineering, MEP, manufacturing, and site teams to deliver accurate production-ready drawings and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare structural shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and assembly details.
• Develop detailed models and drawings for structural steel, precast, modular, and pod structures.
• Prepare detailed sections, fabrication details, and construction documentation.
• Develop and maintain BIM models using industry-standard software.
• Review design intent drawings and convert them into accurate production-ready shop drawings.
• Coordinate structural details with architectural, MEP, manufacturing, and project teams.
• Produce material take-offs and support procurement activities.
• Ensure all drawings comply with project specifications, building codes, industry standards, and quality requirements.
• Support manufacturing, assembly, and site installation teams by resolving technical and design-related issues.
• Assist in resolving structural design and construction coordination issues throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in structural detailing within construction, modular, precast, or structural steel industries.
• Experience in fabrication and modular construction projects is highly preferred.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Tekla Structures, AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM software.
• Working knowledge of Navisworks and BIM 360.
• Strong understanding of structural steel, precast concrete, modular construction, and fabrication processes.
• Ability to prepare accurate structural shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and assembly details.
• Knowledge of material take-offs and construction documentation.

Salary & Benefits

Experience:
