Supervisor ABA

Role Description

We are seeking a motivated and qualified Supervisor ABA for a full-time on-site role located in Riyadh, KSA. As a Supervisor ABA, you will oversee the implementation of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs for children with developmental and learning challenges. Responsibilities include managing a team of therapists, developing individualized treatment plans based on assessments, analyzing behavior data, providing training sessions for staff and parents, and ensuring the highest standards of care.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and expertise in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) applications and interventions.
• Proficiency in supervising and training a team, with excellent leadership and organizational skills.
• Experience in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans and behavior support strategies.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with families, colleagues, and stakeholders.
• Ability to collect, analyze, and utilize data for decision-making and program adjustments.
• Relevant certifications or qualifications in ABA (BCaBA,BCBA ) and a degree in Psychology, Education, Special Education, or related fields.
• Previous experience working with children with developmental and learning difficulties is highly preferred.
• Fluency in English is required.
