Supply Chain Officer

• Manage end-to-end supply chain operations from procurement to delivery.
• Request and follow up on supplier quotations (RFQs) and evaluate suppliers.
• Plan inventory needs and monitors stock levels to avoid shortages or overstock.
• Track shipments and coordinate with logistics providers until delivery.
• Ensure inventory accuracy, proper storage, and regular stock checks.
• Enter and update item data and generate product codes and barcodes.
• Use barcode systems for receiving, issuing, and tracking products.
• Monitor and update order statuses (Draft / Confirmed / Delivered).
• Coordinate drivers’ schedules and delivery routes.
• Follow up delivery processes and track shipments with logistics companies.
• Ensure accurate and on-time delivery of orders to customers.
• Prepare invoices and reports related to shipments and orders.
• Validate HS codes and maintain proper documentation for compliance.
• Improve processes and enhance supply chain efficiency.
• Supervise warehouse operations to ensure smooth workflow.
