Main Responsibilities

• Experience: At least 2 years of teaching experience in early childhood education.
• Education: Degree or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (cache 3)
• Skills: Ability to create engaging lesson plans, excellent classroom management, and a nurturing attitude.
• To be responsible for providing high quality of education and learning abiding by the academic and quality expectations.
• To carry out duties with a customer focused attitude, providing excellent customer service with a proactive work ethic.
• To fulfil duties as a class teacher.
• To oversee day-to-day operation of the classroom; including maintaining a harmonious and efficient work environment, ensuring breaks are taken at appropriate times, daily schedule is followed, etc.
• To take the lead with classroom Curriculum – Planning, Implementation and Evaluation, ensures lesson plans, curriculum plans, supply requests, etc., are completed on time.
• To assists in the maintenance of appropriate standards for children's discipline and behaviour standards using non-punitive methods.
• To work with team in determining courses for professional development.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
