Telesales Executive

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Telesales Executive role based in Dubai. The Telesales Executive will handle outbound and inbound calls to introduce medical services, explain treatment options, and promote clinic offerings to prospective and existing patients. The role includes qualifying leads, scheduling appointments, updating and maintaining patient and lead records in the CRM system, and following up to maximize conversions and rebookings. The Telesales Executive will collaborate with clinic staff to understand current promotions and service lines, provide accurate information, and ensure a consistent, patient-centered experience. Daily responsibilities also involve meeting individual and team sales targets, preparing basic call and performance reports, and adhering to regulatory and privacy standards.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal communication, active listening, and professional phone etiquette.
• Customer Service and Customer Support skills to handle inquiries, resolve concerns, and ensure a positive patient experience.
• Lead Generation and Sales skills to identify prospects, qualify leads, convert inquiries into appointments, and meet revenue targets.
• Previous telesales, call center, or healthcare sales experience is highly beneficial.
• Confidence using CRM systems and basic computer applications for call logging and data entry.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment, manage multiple calls, and prioritize follow-ups effectively.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages commonly spoken in Dubai is an advantage.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; a diploma or degree in business, marketing, or healthcare-related fields is a plus.
