Role Description

We are seeking a qualified and compassionate Therapist for a part-time, remote role. The Therapist will provide virtual counseling sessions, create personalized treatment plans, and monitor client progress. Additional responsibilities include maintaining patient records, offering mental health education, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver holistic care. The ideal candidate will ensure meaningful client experiences in alignment with MantraCare's mission of providing high-quality, accessible healthcare.

Qualifications

  • Strong counseling and therapeutic skills with experience in mental health support
  • Expertise in creating and implementing personalized treatment plans
  • Excellent active listening, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment and utilize telehealth platforms effectively
  • Knowledge of evidence-based practices and mental health care trends
  • Active professional license in counseling, psychology, social work, or equivalent
  • Familiarity with AI-powered healthcare systems is an advantage
  • Master’s degree or higher in a related field (e.g., Counseling, Psychology, Social Work)
