Role Description

This is a part-time and fully remote role for a Therapist based in Saudi Arabia. The Therapist will be responsible for providing counseling through secure video calls or chat, creating personalized therapy plans, and documenting case progress. The role also involves engaging clients with self-help tools, mindfulness practices, and scientifically-backed strategies to promote mental well-being. Flexibility in communication and tailoring approaches to clients' individual needs is essential.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in counseling, individual therapy, family therapy, and couples therapy
• Proficiency with digital tools and software for video conferencing and online communication
• Ability to create personalized therapeutic plans and ensure consistent documentation
• Excellent active listening, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Experience supporting diverse client needs across cultural and linguistic backgrounds
• Relevant licensure and certification as a mental health professional
• Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is highly preferred
• Fluency in Arabic and English is advantageous
