Veterinary Doctor (Primary Vet Clinic)

Vesta Pets Veterinary Clinic is a new startup primary care clinic in Dubai building something different — a modern, compassionate veterinary practice that meets pets where they are, whether in the clinic or at home. We're looking for our founding veterinarian to grow with us from day one.

About the role

As our primary veterinarian, you'll be the face of Vesta Pets — delivering clinic consultations and in-home visits to pet owners across Dubai. This is a unique opportunity to shape the standard of care at a growing practice from the ground up.

Key responsibilities

• Perform general consultations, examinations, diagnoses, and treatment planning in the clinic
• Conduct home visit consultations for pets requiring in-home care across Dubai
• Administer vaccinations, medications, wound care, and routine procedures
• Lead preventive care, wellness checks, and ongoing client education
• Maintain accurate patient records, treatment notes, and prescriptions
• Communicate clearly with pet owners on diagnosis, treatment, follow-up, and home care
• Represent Vesta Pets professionally during home visits and community interactions

Requirements

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent veterinary degree Required
• Valid MOCCAE veterinary license or eligibility to obtain UAE practice licence Required
• Minimum 2 years of veterinary experience in Dubai Required
• Strong consultation, diagnostic, and treatment planning skills Required
• Excellent communication and client-handling skills, especially for home visit settings

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
