An exciting opportunity has arisen in the East Region Recruitment Services for a Recruitment Advisor for 37 hours. The Regional Recruitment Services Advisor is responsible for carrying out the day-to-day recruitment activities. Provide recruitment advice and solutions to service users on a range of recruitment process and procedures related enquiries. The advisor provides support to both the Regional Recruitment Team Lead and Recruitment Services Manager, in the establishment of processes and systems within the ERRS and contributes to the NHS Scotland Recruitment Services agenda as necessary. Experience of supporting medical & dental recruitment would be desirable. We operate from a number of work bases primarily; Edinburgh, Livingston, Glenrothes and Melrose and can be flexible in the base the successful candidate works from. The role can be hybrid working with a mix of office & home, or office based at one of the ERRS sites. This is a customer focused role and requires the post holder to provide a friendly, courteous and first point of contact service to those seeking employment. We are a very busy department and the role itself requires a person with relevant previous admin experience. The successful candidate will have excellent organisational and customer service skills, be used to working under pressure with the ability to manage their own workload dealing with competing priorities on a day-to-day basis. Applicants should be competent in the use of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel and be able to evidence confidence in their ability to learn new systems.
