Job Summary:
We are hiring an experienced Accountant to oversee financial operations, compliance, and reporting for client. The role covers accounting, payroll, commissions, VAT/Corporate Tax compliance, and goAML submissions as per UAE regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage payroll, commissions, vendor payments, and monthly financial closing
• Maintain accurate accounting records, bank/escrow reconciliations, and financial reports
• Prepare and file VAT returns; ensure UAE Corporate Tax compliance
• Handle goAML registration, reporting, and timely submission of STRs
• Monitor cash flow and provide financial insights to management
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance; CPA/ACCA/CMA preferred
• 3–5 years UAE accounting experience (real estate industry preferred)
• Mandatory knowledge of goAML compliance
• Strong understanding of VAT & UAE Corporate Tax regulations
• Proficiency in accounting software (Zoho Books/QuickBooks/Tally) and advanced Excel
• Strong accuracy, attention to detail, and compliance mindset
• Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage)

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
