Accounting Intern - European/American/British Nationalities

Kaya Skin Clinic is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Intern - Female to support the Finance team with day-to-day accounting and administrative tasks. This internship provides hands-on experience in accounting processes, financial documentation, and reporting within a healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and processing invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers
• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable activities
• Maintain proper filing of financial documents and records
• Assist in bank reconciliations and expense tracking
• Help update accounting entries in financial systems
• Assist in preparing basic financial reports and statements
• Support month-end closing activities
• Coordinate with internal departments for documentation and approvals
• Perform other finance-related administrative tasks as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office
• Strong attention to detail
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

Preferred Qualifications

• Internship or academic project experience in accounting
