Accounts Executive

• Junior Accountant | Construction Industry | Sharjah
• Location: Hamriyah Free Zone Phase 2, Sharjah
• Department: Finance & Accounts
• Reports To: Finance Manager
• Immediate Joiners Preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare project budgets and assist with cost planning
• Record and monitor expenses, invoices, and payments
• Generate financial reports and conduct cost analysis
• Reconcile bank, vendor, and project ledgers
• Handle payroll for site staff and subcontractors
• Ensure VAT compliance and manage WPS requirements
• Verify and approve payments to suppliers/subcontractors
• Maintain audit-ready records
• Coordinate with procurement and site teams on cost control
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or similar
• 2–3 years of accounting experience (construction preferred)
• Knowledge of Tally, QuickBooks, or ERP systems
• Strong grasp of UAE tax regulations and construction costs
• Excellent organization, analysis, and communication skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and work independently
