Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and organized Clinic Administrator to join our Neurology and Mental Health Clinic. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in a medical clinic and be familiar with insurance processes and patient coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily front-desk and administrative operations
  • Patient registration, appointment scheduling, and follow-ups
  • Handling medical insurance approvals, claims, and coordination with insurance providers
  • Maintaining patient records and clinic documentation accurately
  • Coordinating with doctors, clinicians, and nursing staff
  • Managing billing, invoices, and basic financial records
  • Ensuring compliance with clinic policies and healthcare regulations
  • Responding to patient inquiries professionally (in person, phone, and WhatsApp)
  • Basic Computer Literacy

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a clinic administrator or receptionist in a medical clinic (mandatory)
  • Strong knowledge of medical insurance processes and approvals
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and clinic systems
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
  • Experience in neurology or mental health clinics is an advantage
