Job Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced and professional Arab Speaking or Western Patient Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for our valued patients. The ideal candidate will embody our clinic's vision of luxury and care while ensuring every patient receives a seamless and personalized experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Patient Engagement:
- Greet and welcome patients with warmth and professionalism.
- Provide detailed information about clinic services and procedures.
- Address patient inquiries and concerns promptly and courteously.
- Appointment Management:
- Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments efficiently.
- Coordinate with medical staff to ensure timely service delivery.
- Manage daily appointment calendars for optimal workflow.
- Administrative Duties:
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records.
- Process payments and invoices with attention to detail.
- Ensure compliance with clinic policies and healthcare regulations.
- Communication:
- Liaise between patients, doctors, and other clinic staff.
- Proactively follow up with patients for post-treatment care and feedback.
- Communicate clinic promotions, packages, and updates to patients.
- Experience Enhancement:
- Ensure the clinic ambiance reflects luxury and comfort at all times.
- Identify and resolve any patient concerns to ensure satisfaction.
- Go the extra mile to deliver a personalized patient experience.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a similar role, preferably in luxury clinics, hospitals, or healthcare settings.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, hospitality, or a related field (preferred).
- Skills:
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in appointment management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Language: Fluency in English is mandatory. Arabic Speaking, Native Russian or additional languages is an advantage.
- Appearance: Well-groomed and professional, reflecting the clinic's luxurious image.
