Job Title: Assistant Purchase Manager

Department: Procurement / Supply Chain

Reports To: Finance Manager

Location: Al Quoz

Job Summary
Support procurement operations by coordinating vendor sourcing, purchase orders, inventory tracking, and timely delivery of materials while ensuring cost, quality, and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing materials and services
  • Prepare and manage purchase requisitions, POs, and supplier follow-ups
  • Coordinate with vendors, stores, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery
  • Monitor inventory levels and support cost analysis and budgeting
  • Maintain procurement records and ensure policy compliance
  • Support invoice verification, audits, and procurement reporting

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field
  • 3–5 years of procurement/purchasing experience
  • Strong vendor management, negotiation, and MS Excel skills
  • Good communication, coordination, and multitasking ability

Preferred

  • Experience in trophy/gift manufacturing industry
  • Knowledge of UAE suppliers, import/export documentation, and regulations

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
