Back End Developer

We're seeking a talented Backend Developer with UI/UX understanding to join our growing tech team in Riyadh. This position starts as a training program that transitions into a full-time role based on performance during the internship phase.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Design, build and maintain efficient, reusable backend code and APIs
- Work with frontend developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic
- Contribute to UI/UX discussions to ensure technical feasibility of designs
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
- Implement security and data protection measures
- Assist in architectural decisions for future AI implementation
- Participate in code reviews and documentation
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proficiency in at least one backend programming language (Node.js, Python, Java)
- Experience with database technologies (SQL, MongoDB)
- Understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
- Basic knowledge of frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Familiarity with UI/UX design principles
- Problem-solving aptitude with attention to detail
- Strong communication skills in English
Training-to-Hire Program Structure
This position begins with an unpaid internship phase for 2-3 months, during which you will:
- Receive hands-on training in our technology stack
- Work directly with our technical team on actual projects
- Be evaluated on your technical skills, learning ability, and team collaboration
- Upon successful completion , transition to a full-time paid position with competitive compensation

- Location : Position is based in Riyadh with daily in-office presence required
- Transportation : You must arrange your own daily commute to our office
- Financial Preparation : As this begins as an unpaid internship, candidates must be able to sustain themselves financially during this period
