Barista/Waiter

Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly and customer-oriented Barista / Waiter to join our wellness center café. The ideal candidate should have experience in preparing coffee and beverages, providing excellent customer service, and handling the daily operations of a café.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee,juice, and other beverages.
• Welcome clients and provide a warm, professional customer experience.
• Take food and beverage orders and serve them efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the café and service areas.
• Handle cash and POS transactions accurately.
• Restock supplies and monitor inventory levels.
• Ensure all café equipment is clean and functioning properly.
• Follow food safety and health regulations.
• Support the smooth day-to-day operation of the café.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Barista, Waiter/Waitress, or in a similar hospitality role.
• Knowledge of coffee preparation and café operations/ Art.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Well-groomed, friendly, and professional appearance.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.
• Basic English communication skills; additional languages are an advantage.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
