Job Title: Beauty Therapist / Aesthetic Therapist Job Summary The Beauty Therapist is responsible for providing professional skin care treatments and aesthetic services to clients while ensuring the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and patient satisfaction. The therapist will assess client needs, recommend suitable treatments and products, and support the clinic in achieving high-quality service standards. Key Responsibilities 1. Client Consultation Conduct professional skin analysis and consultations. Recommend suitable treatments and skincare products based on client needs. Maintain accurate client treatment records and medical history. 2. Beauty & Aesthetic Treatments Perform facial treatments, deep cleansing facials, and skin rejuvenation procedures. Provide treatments such as chemical peels (if licensed), hydrafacial, microdermabrasion, and other non-invasive aesthetic procedures. Perform hair removal treatments including waxing and laser assistance (if trained). Conduct body treatments such as slimming or skin tightening therapies. 3. Patient Care Ensure client comfort and safety before, during, and after treatments. Provide clear post-treatment care instructions. Follow strict infection control and hygiene protocols. 4. Product & Service Promotion Educate clients about skincare routines and recommended products. Promote clinic packages, services, and skincare products. Support the clinic in achieving sales and treatment targets. 5. Clinic Operations Prepare treatment rooms and equipment before procedures. Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment areas. Ensure proper sterilization of tools and equipment. Assist in inventory monitoring of skincare products and supplies.
