Beauty Therapist

Full Job Description

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Beauty Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality aesthetic treatments while ensuring excellent patient care and satisfaction. You will also support the clinic in meeting its operational and financial goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate clients’ beauty and skin health needs by conducting consultations and skin analyses.
• Perform facial and body treatments such as peels, facials, rejuvenation therapies, and massage techniques for the face, hands, feet, and back.
• Offer expert advice on skincare routines and recommend cosmetic and dermatological products.
• Sterilize tools and equipment thoroughly after every use to meet hygiene standards.
• Develop personalized treatment plans for clients with ongoing follow-ups.
• Accurately document clients’ medical history and maintain detailed treatment records.
• Ensure a high level of care, patient satisfaction, and adherence to clinic procedures.
• Support the clinic in achieving financial targets by promoting services and products.
• Assist with patient handling and the proper use of equipment as per safety protocols.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the UAE.
• DHA License (Mandatory)
• In-depth knowledge of skincare treatments and products.
• Professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluent in English & Arabic

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED9,000.00 per month
