About the Role

Everlast Wellness Medical Center is looking for a skilled and professional Beauty Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of skincare and beauty treatments, excellent client-care skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality, personalized aesthetic and wellness services.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct client consultations and assess individual skin and beauty needs.
• Perform professional facial, skincare, and selected beauty treatments according to clinic protocols.
• Recommend suitable treatments, skincare routines, and products based on client needs.
• Provide personalized treatment plans and appropriate post-treatment care instructions.
• Explaining all treatment procedures to clients.
• Performing various skin treatments according to clients’ needs, such as peels, facials, and skin rejuvenation treatments.
• Offering clients advice on cosmetic and skincare products.
• Maintain accurate client and treatment records.
• Ensure strict adherence to hygiene, sterilization, infection control, and safety standards.
• Properly prepare and maintain treatment rooms, equipment, and supplies.
• Deliver a professional, welcoming, and high-quality client experience.
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, aestheticians, and other clinical team members when required.
• Educate clients on treatment benefits, skincare routines, and aftercare.
• Support patient retention and encourage repeat visits through excellent service and follow-up.
• Promote appropriate clinic treatments and skincare products in line with client needs and company guidelines.
• Maintain professional appearance, conduct, confidentiality, and ethical standards.
• Stay updated on current skincare trends, beauty treatments, and relevant industry practices.
• Perform other duties related to the role as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Diploma or certification in Beauty Therapy, Aesthetics, Cosmetology, or a related field.
• Valid DOH license is mandatory.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in a medical, aesthetic, dermatology, or wellness clinic.
• Strong knowledge of professional skincare and facial treatments.
• Good understanding of hygiene, infection control, and client safety standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional, presentable, and client-focused personality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
• UAE experience is preferred.
