Program Tracks

1- Medical Track: This track will expose students to career opportunities beyond traditional clinical roles and provide insights into healthcare operations, quality, digital health, and the patient journey.

2- Business & Analytics Track: Students will gain exposure to insurance analytics, actuarial concepts, financial operations, pricing, risk management, and the business side of healthcare.

3- Technology Track: This track exposes students to the digital and technology side of healthcare and insurance, including digital transformation, data, AI, automation, and technology operations.

Selection Criteria

• University student in a major relevant to the selected track
• Minimum GPA of 4.5/5 or 3.5/4 (Except Medical Track)
• Very good communication skills in both Arabic and English
• Passion for learning and interest in healthcare, insurance, and innovation
• Availability to attend the program physically in Jeddah and commit to the full program duration
