Business Analyst

Role Objective

As a Business Analyst, you’ll dive into international subsidiaries data and uncover market trends that shape strategic decisions and operational improvements. You’ll be the bridge between business needs and real value creation, collaborating across teams and borders to make an impact.

Main Responsibilities

• Gather, organize, and make sense of data and reports from international subsidiaries.
• Monitor and analyse datasets to spot trends, gaps, and opportunities that drive actionable decisions—from financial performance insights to operational efficiency improvements.
• Support the development and execution of business plans, cases, and strategies for new projects or products, including financial modelling and budget planning.
• Contribute to projects that create value for the group, identifying synergies and growth opportunities.
• Act as a liaison between data suppliers and commissioners, ensuring smooth data flow.
• Help design and enhance reporting processes and content to make them more effective and insightful.
• Assist in structuring or refining processes such as budgeting and business planning.
• Collaborate with teams and subsidiaries to ensure the timely delivery of data and other project deliverables.
• Communicate findings clearly through reports and presentations for stakeholders.
• Provide support on projects and initiatives with financial modelling, scenario analysis, and presentations.

Required Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a knack for turning data into actionable insights.
• Comfortable with data visualization and analytical tools (MS Office is essential).
• Excellent communication skills, able to explain complex ideas simply.
• Detail-oriented and meticulous—accuracy matters.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
• A unique blend of technical, analytical, and business savvy to drive informed decision-making.
• Experience in healthcare is a plus.
• Background in business and financial planning is advantageous.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree is a plus (fields like Business, Finance, Information Management, or related areas).
