Key Responsibilities

• Conduct field marketing activities to promote Pegasus services.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Identify opportunities, pitch services, and secure new business.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
• Collaborate with the team to strategize, plan, and grow the business together.
• Provide regular updates on market trends, leads, and competition.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, business development, or client relations (healthcare sector preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Goal-oriented, with a passion for building and growing business.
• Valid UAE driving license preferred.
