We are seeking a courteous and organized Call Center & Reception Executive to manage inbound and outbound calls while providing front-desk reception services. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring excellent customer service and efficient communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally
  • Handle patient/client inquiries, appointments, and follow-ups
  • Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments accurately
  • Greet and assist walk-in visitors in a friendly and professional manner
  • Maintain call logs, appointment records, and reception registers
  • Direct calls and visitors to the appropriate departments or staff
  • Coordinate with clinical, administrative, or support teams
  • Handle basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence
  • Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times
  • Follow company policies, confidentiality guidelines, and customer service standards

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED5,000.00 per month
