Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Call Center Representative based in Dubai. The Call Center Representative will handle inbound and outbound calls, address client inquiries, schedule appointments, and provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction. Responsibilities also include maintaining accurate records, coordinating with other departments, and assisting in resolving any client concerns while upholding the clinic's mission to deliver exceptional experiences.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Service Representatives and Customer Support skills
• Proven track record of ensuring high levels of Customer Satisfaction
• Exceptional Interpersonal Skills for building rapport and handling client interactions professionally
• Proficiency in Computer Literacy, including CRM tools and standard office applications
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus
• Experience in the aesthetic, wellness, or healthcare industry is an advantage
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
