Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Call Center Agent - Arabic Speaking with health care experience at Quttainah Specialized Hospital in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The role involves daily tasks such as providing customer support in Arabic, ensuring customer satisfaction, utilizing interpersonal skills, and demonstrating computer literacy.

Qualifications

  • Customer Service Representatives and Customer Support skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively in Arabic
  • Computer literacy
  • Experience in healthcare customer service is must
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Previous call center experience preferred

Salary Range:- 3500 AED to 4000 AED
