Call Center Representative

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls from customers and address their inquiries
• Provide accurate information about products and services offered by Smart Salem
• Assist customers in troubleshooting issues and resolve complaints in a timely manner
• Document customer interactions in our customer relationship management system
• Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved satisfactorily
• Collaborate with other team members to improve service workflows
• Maintain a professional and positive attitude while dealing with challenging situations

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree is a plus
• Proven experience in a customer service or call center role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks concurrently
• Proficiency in using computers and familiarity with customer management software
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if needed
