Job Description – Camp Boss
Position: Camp Boss
Location: Dubai, UAE
Salary: AED 2,500 – 3,000 per month
Job Summary
The Camp Boss is responsible for managing and supervising the daily operations of the workers’ accommodation camp, ensuring proper maintenance, safety, cleanliness, and smooth functioning of all camp facilities. The role includes overseeing staff, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance with company and UAE regulations.
Key ResponsibilitiesCamp Administration & Operations
- Oversee the overall management and upkeep of the workers’ accommodation.
- Ensure rooms, toilets, kitchens, and common areas are clean, safe, and well maintained.
- Allocate rooms to new workers and manage arrivals, transfers, and departures.
- Prepare and maintain occupancy records and daily camp reports.
Maintenance & Facility Management
- Conduct regular inspections of buildings, rooms, and utility systems.
- Coordinate maintenance tasks with technicians and service providers.
- Ensure timely repairs for electrical, plumbing, and other facility issues.
- Maintain inventory of camp supplies and raise purchase requests when required.
Staff Supervision
- Manage housekeeping, cleaning, kitchen, and support staff.
- Ensure staff are performing duties efficiently and following procedures.
- Provide training and supervision to camp workers when required.
Health, Safety & Compliance
- Ensure the camp complies with UAE health and safety regulations.
- Implement fire safety, emergency procedures, and first-aid practices.
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and waste management standards are maintained.
Employee Welfare
- Address and resolve grievances or complaints from residents.
- Enforce camp rules, discipline, and ensure order within the camp.
- Report misconduct or major issues to management promptly.
Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain camp registers, petty cash, maintenance logs, and occupancy reports.
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports to management.
- Coordinate with HR/Admin for new staff arrivals, exits, and documentation needs.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum high school education or equivalent.
- 3–5 years of experience in camp management or accommodation supervision (preferred).
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and facility maintenance.
- Proficient in MS Office and basic record keeping.
- Good command of English (additional languages like Hindi/Arabic are an advantage).
Working Conditions
- Full-time role with shift flexibility.
- May require weekend or emergency availability.
- Accommodation and meals may be provided depending on company policy.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
