Position Overview

We are currently seeking a Cashier with a background in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in hospital billing and cashiering operations , with strong knowledge of healthcare systems and patient financial processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle patient billing and cashiering transactions accurately and efficiently
• Process payments, including cash, card, and insurance-related transactions
• Ensure accurate posting of all payments within the hospital system
• Coordinate with billing and insurance teams to resolve discrepancies
• Maintain proper documentation and financial records in line with hospital policies
• Provide excellent customer service to patients regarding billing inquiries

Requirements

• Proven experience in hospital billing and cashiering (RCM environment)
• Familiarity with hospital systems and billing software
• Strong understanding of insurance processes and payment cycles
• Excellent numerical accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in Arabic is mandatory
• Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment
