Key Responsibilities

• Process and submit medical insurance claims accurately and on time
• Handle pre-approvals and pre-authorizations from insurance providers

• Coordinate with doctors, billing department, and insurance companies
• Follow up on pending, rejected, and returned claims
• Review claim documents for accuracy and compliance

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field
• Strong knowledge of UAE health insurance systems and medical billing procedures
• Experience in handling insurance portals and claim submissions
• Good analytical and communication skills
• Knowledge of denial management and claim follow-up process
