CLEANER

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Clinic Cleaner to maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic environment for patients, visitors, and staff. The successful candidate will support the daily operations of the clinic by performing housekeeping duties and assisting staff with non-clinical tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean, disinfect, and maintain consultation rooms, treatment rooms, reception, waiting areas, offices, corridors, washrooms, pantry, and other clinic areas.
• Follow clinic infection prevention and control policies when cleaning all areas.
• Ensure all floors are swept, mopped, vacuumed, and free from hazards.
• Clean and disinfect high-touch surfaces regularly (door handles, counters, chairs, light switches, etc.).
• Empty waste bins and dispose of general and medical waste according to clinic procedures.
• Replenish soap, hand sanitizer, paper towels, tissues, and other hygiene supplies.
• Monitor and report low stock of cleaning materials and consumables.
• Assist in preparing consultation and treatment rooms before and after patient appointments.
• Ensure the clinic maintains a clean, organized, and professional appearance throughout the day.
• Assist with receiving, organizing, and storing non-medical supplies.
• Support clinic staff with non-clinical duties such as moving supplies, delivering documents, preparing meeting rooms, and other general assistance as assigned.
• Assist with serving refreshments to staff or visitors when required.
• Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, damaged equipment, or spillages immediately.
• Follow all DHA, health and safety, infection control, and clinic policies.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and professional conduct at all times.
• Perform any other housekeeping or support duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• Previous experience in cleaning, housekeeping, or healthcare facilities is preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safe cleaning practices.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Good physical fitness and ability to stand for extended periods.
• Basic English communication skills (Arabic is an advantage).
• Positive attitude, reliability, honesty, and attention to detail.
• Immediate availability is preferred.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
