Clinic Cleaner

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Clinic Cleaner / Housekeeping Staff to join our team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness, hygiene, and safety of our clinic. You will be responsible for maintaining a sanitized and welcoming environment for both patients and staff, in compliance with health and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

Perform daily cleaning of all clinic areas including reception, consultation rooms, treatment rooms, staff areas, and restrooms.

Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust surfaces to maintain a clean and tidy environment.

Disinfect high-touch surfaces regularly in line with infection control protocols.

Empty trash bins, dispose of waste appropriately, and ensure proper segregation of medical and non-medical waste.

Restock cleaning, hygiene, and restroom supplies as needed.

Monitor cleanliness standards and report any repair or maintenance issues promptly.

Adhere to clinic safety policies, including the proper use of cleaning chemicals and protective equipment.

Support the overall smooth functioning of the clinic by maintaining high standards of cleanliness.

Requirements

Previous experience in cleaning, housekeeping, or janitorial work (experience in a medical or clinical setting is an advantage).

Knowledge of cleaning equipment, chemicals, and safe handling practices.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to hygiene.

Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Flexibility to work on shifts, weekends, or extended hours if required.

Good physical stamina to perform cleaning duties effectively.
