We are a growing chain of clinics and medical centers in the UAE, seeking an experienced Clinic Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and ensure exceptional patient experience across our facilities.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements

• Manage daily clinic operations, staff performance, and patient flow
• Ensure compliance with UAE healthcare regulations and standards
• Oversee scheduling, resource utilization, and operational efficiency
• Coordinate with medical, administrative, and support teams
• Monitor service quality, patient satisfaction, and clinic KPIs
• Proven experience as a Clinic Manager or similar role in the UAE healthcare sector
• Strong knowledge of UAE healthcare regulations and licensing requirements
