Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Clinical Psychologist, based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, with the flexibility of partial remote work. The Clinical Psychologist will be responsible for providing psychological assessments, conducting counseling sessions, and implementing therapeutic interventions to address mental health challenges. The role also involves administering and interpreting psychological tests, offering clinical supervision to other professionals when required, and developing individualized treatment plans for clients to support their mental well-being.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Psychology and Counseling Psychology for understanding and addressing mental health needs
  • Proficiency in Psychological Testing and interpreting results to assess and diagnose conditions
  • Experience in Mental Health therapy and providing guidance in clinical settings
  • Skills in Clinical Supervision to mentor and collaborate with other professionals
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Licensed or eligible to practice as a Clinical Psychologist in the UAE
  • Master's or Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology or a related field
  • Previous experience working in virtual healthcare platforms or telehealth services is a plus
