Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Community Manager located in Jeddah. The Community Manager will manage and engage with the hospital's online and offline community. Responsibilities include overseeing social media channels, planning and executing community outreach programs, responding to inquiries and feedback, fostering meaningful connections with patients, and organizing events to promote Andalusia Hospital's branding and services. The role also requires regular collaboration with marketing and patient relations teams.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to engage in community interactions.
• Experience in social media management and creating engaging online content.
• Proficient in organizing outreach programs, events, and campaigns.
• Ability to analyze feedback and provide strategic input for community improvement and branding initiatives.
• Strong planning, organizational, and multitasking skills to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
• Proficiency in using social media tools and marketing platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in the healthcare industry or working with diverse cultural communities is an advantage.
• Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Arabic is highly preferred.
