A prestigious multispecialty hospital in Dubai, United Arab Emirates is expanding its Otolaryngology (ENT) and Head & Neck Surgery services and is seeking a highly skilled Consultant / Specialist ENT Surgeon to join its growing surgical team. This role focuses on delivering comprehensive care across ear, nose, throat, head, and neck conditions, supported by advanced endoscopic technology, audiology services, and modern operating theatres.

The hospital provides a patient-centric, technology-driven environment, offering services ranging from routine ENT care to complex surgical interventions, while collaborating with audiologists, speech therapists, allergists, and head & neck specialists.

Role Overview

  • Position: Consultant / Specialist ENT Surgeon (Otolaryngologist)• Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates• Healthcare Setting: Multispecialty hospital with advanced ENT and surgical services• Experience Required: Minimum 3+ years post specialist or board certificationPractice Model: Outpatient clinics, diagnostic procedures, and elective/emergency surgical interventions

The successful candidate will be responsible for the diagnosis, medical management, and surgical treatment of ENT and head & neck disorders, ensuring high-quality patient care and clinical outcomes.

Key Responsibilities – Otolaryngology (ENT)

  • Diagnose and manage conditions affecting the ear, nose, throat, head, and neck• Perform ENT surgical procedures, including endoscopic sinus surgery, tonsillectomy, adenoidectomy, and septoplasty• Manage hearing disorders, vertigo, tinnitus, and balance-related conditions• Treat chronic sinusitis, nasal obstruction, allergic rhinitis, and upper airway disorders• Evaluate and manage voice disorders and laryngeal conditions• Diagnose and treat head and neck infections, tumors, and structural abnormalities• Perform nasal endoscopy, laryngoscopy, and other diagnostic procedures• Collaborate with audiologists, speech therapists, oncologists, and maxillofacial surgeons for comprehensive patient care• Provide pre-operative evaluation and post-operative follow-up care• Manage ENT emergencies, including airway obstruction, epistaxis, and acute infections• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and electronic medical records in compliance with regulatory standards• Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement initiatives, and continuing professional development• Ensure adherence to international ENT guidelines and UAE healthcare regulations

Qualifications & Board Recognition

  • American Board of Otolaryngology – Head & Neck SurgeryUK CCT / FRCS (ENT)European Board Certification in OtolaryngologyRoyal College Certification (Canada)Australian Fellowship (FRACS – ENT)Arab Board in ENTMS / DNB / FCPS ENT or equivalent recognised specialist qualification

Candidates must meet eligibility requirements for DHA / DOH / MOH licensing. Licensing guidance and support will be provided where applicable.
