Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Dubai for a Customer Service Executive. The role involves assisting patients and clients by resolving inquiries promptly and effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a high standard of service delivery. The Customer Service Executive will address complaints, provide information about services, coordinate with various departments, and support the overall seamless functioning of the customer service team.

• Proficiency in customer support and customer service management to resolve inquiries and maintain operational efficiency.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to handling challenges.
• Ability to work in a high-pressure, dynamic, and multicultural environment.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
• Prior experience in a customer service role, preferably in healthcare or a related industry, is strongly preferred.
