Job Description:
BGS Medical Center is looking for a dedicated and hardworking Female Customer Service Representative with experience in dental and dermatology clinics. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be well-organized, and able to handle patient inquiries professionally across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer and manage incoming phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and social media inquiries (Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
• Provide accurate information about clinic services, treatments, and promotions.
• Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments efficiently.
• Respond to patient inquiries in a professional, friendly, and timely manner.
• Coordinate with doctors and clinic staff regarding patient schedules and treatment availability.
• Follow up with patients regarding appointments, treatment plans, and post-visit feedback.
• Maintain proper patient records and inquiry logs.
• Handle patient concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
• Assist in converting inquiries into booked appointments.
• Ensure excellent customer service and patient satisfaction at all times.

Requirements

• Female candidate preferred.
• Experience in a Dental or Dermatology clinic is highly preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Experience handling social media inquiries and online leads.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced clinic environment.
• Basic knowledge of clinic management systems and appointment scheduling is an advantage.
• Professional attitude, organized, and detail-oriented.

Preferred Skills

• Sales or patient coordination experience.
• Familiarity with WhatsApp Business and social media messaging platforms.
• Fluent in English & Tagalog (additional languages are a plus).
