Customer Service Executive - Arabic

Al Taie Center is looking for a confident, well-spoken Arabic Speaking Customer Service Agent to join our clinic team in Abu Dhabi.

This role is front-facing and patient-focused. You’ll be the first point of contact for our patients, both in person and over the phone, so clarity, empathy, and professionalism matter.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle patient inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and at the front desk
• Book, reschedule, and confirm appointments
• Guide patients through clinic services and procedures
• Coordinate with doctors and internal teams
• Maintain accurate patient records and follow-ups

Requirements

• Fluent in Arabic (spoken and written)
• Good communication skills in English
• Previous experience in a clinic or healthcare setting is an advantage
• Must have own valid UAE visa
• Presentable, polite, and patient-focused
