We are looking for an Arabic‑speaking Receptionist with good conversational English to join Harmony Medical Group. The ideal candidate will handle front‑desk duties, assist patients, manage appointments, and support daily clinic operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist patients and visitors in a warm, professional manner
- Manage patient check‑in and check‑out processes
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and schedule appointments
- Maintain and update patient records in the system
- Coordinate with medical and administrative staff to ensure smooth clinic operations
- Handle payments, invoices, and insurance‑related documentation
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times
- Provide general administrative support as needed
Requirements
- Must be a Bachelor’s degree graduate in any related field
- Strong communication and customer‑service skills
- Professional, organized, and able to multitask
- Familiarity with medical or dental systems is a plus
- Positive attitude and patient‑centered approach
