Customer Service Specialist

We are currently seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team in KSA – Jeddah . As a receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for patients, visitors, and staff, playing a vital role in creating a positive first impression. This role involves managing front desk operations, handling inquiries, coordinating appointments, and supporting smooth daily hospital operations while maintaining excellent customer service standards.

Job Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; a diploma in Administration, Customer Service, or related field is preferred.

• Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in a receptionist or front desk role, preferably in a healthcare or service environment.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, hospital systems preferred).

• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure.

• Professional appearance and courteous attitude.

• Fluency in Arabic is required; English proficiency is preferred.

Key Job Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients, visitors, and staff in a professional and friendly manner.

• Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries accurately and promptly.

• Register patients, verify information, and coordinate appointments as needed.

• Maintain front desk organization and ensure a clean, professional reception area.

• Direct visitors to appropriate departments and provide general hospital information.

• Coordinate with clinical and administrative departments to ensure smooth patient flow.

• Handle basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management.

• Follow hospital policies related to confidentiality, patient privacy, and customer service.

• Report any issues, complaints, or unusual incidents to the appropriate department.
