Job Responsibilities

• Enter patient information and medical records accurately into the Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system.
• Register new patients and update existing patient records.
• Verify patient demographics, medical history, and insurance information.
• Maintain confidentiality of all patient data in compliance with UAE healthcare regulations.
• Assist in generating reports and maintaining organized records.
• Communicate with patients or internal teams to clarify missing or incomplete information.
• Support administrative tasks related to healthcare documentation.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory).
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive patient information confidentially.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Salary: Competitive, based on experience.
