Data Processor

Responsibilities

1. Ensures the samples are received in a proper manner from the messengers in accordance to the guidelines, register the samples accordingly in the Siglo system, performs physical count and logging of samples in spreadsheet provided and sorting of samples assigning of racks in line.

2. Ensures data is accurate, proper sending of reports to respective clients, monitors the samples in racks and communicate with the uploading team for the appropriate and correct patient data entry. Upload data coming from data processors, clinics, mobile collection and collection centres.

3. Prepare barcodes and templates for clients, ensures cleanliness in the section assigned and checking.

Experience

1. Bachelors Degree/ Diploma in Admin/Business.

2)1-2 years’ experience in a fast-paced environment, whether this be operations, events or hospitality.

1. Experienced Data Processor or Data Encoder.

2. Language preference: English / Arabic is a plus.

3. Basic and advance Microsoft skills

4. Superb soft skills with high motivation and good communication and organizational skill

5. Good decision making and high strategic thinking.

6. Good team player, 70 WPM.
