Manufacturing & Supply Chain (MSC) plays a vital role in delivering life-saving therapies globally within Care Enablement. With over 35 manufacturing sites and 23 distribution centers, MSC ensures the reliable production and distribution of high-quality devices for hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, and acute care—reaching patients in approximately 150 countries.

The team oversees the full supply chain from manufacturing to delivery, focusing on operational excellence, product availability, and continuous improvement to meet the evolving needs of patients and healthcare providers. Join our passionate team and help shape healthcare worldwide!

Role Purpose: The position owns demand review processes, supports logistics and inventory planning activities, contributes to supply chain financial management, and drives continuous improvement across planning operations both local and Global

Your Responsibilities: Demand Planning & Forecast Management

  • Lead end-to-end demand planning for the KSA market, ensuring scalability to support increasing sales volumes and market expansion.
  • Continuously improve forecast accuracy and planning transparency
  • Collaborate closely with Commercial, Marketing, Customer Service, Finance, Procurement and Supply Chain teams to understand evolving demand drivers in a highly dynamic market.
  • Facilitate and lead monthly Demand Review meetings
  • Support logistics and supply planning activities to ensure service continuity and inventory health
  • Monitor inventory exposure, slow-moving risks, and service level impacts

Financial Planning & Budget Support

  • Own Supply Chain budget preparation and conduct monthly financial performance analysis, ensuring alignment between growth, cost control, and profitability.
  • Partner with Finance to support cost control and business planning activities
  • Monitor inventory health (service level, exposure, slow-moving risk) and drive cross-functional mitigation plans to sustain service while supporting market growth.

Global & Regional Role

  • Act as the single point of accountability for demand and planning-related topics in the KSA market and represent KSA planning performance in Global and regional forums.
  • Contribute and represent KSA SC team in Global and Regional SC projects

Your Profile

  • 5/8+ years of experience in demand planning, supply chain management, FI knowledge
  • Bachelor’s degree (Economics, Statistics, Supply Chain, Business Admin or related field)
  • Forecasting/Demand Planning in a commercial environment
  • Working cross-functionally and independently
  • Project management
  • Stakeholder management
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills
  • Understanding of statistics / statistical based demand planning
  • Self-directive, proactive and focused on continuous improvement
  • Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills
  • Able to synthesise complex data and viewpoints into clear insight
  • Able to formulate and facilitate decisions with supporting analysis effectively
  • Quick learner with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, maintain focus, and adapt to a variety of challenges
  • Ability to conduct detailed procedures in a time constrained environment
  • Strong Knowledge of IBP system
  • Knowledge of SAP in relation to Supply Planning/sales
  • Knowledge of data and analytics platforms
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Fluent English and Arabic are must
