Dental Hygienist – Vilafortuny Medical Centre

We are seeking a highly competent Dental Hygienist to join our team and contribute to a patient-focused, prevention-driven model of care.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform professional dental hygiene treatments including scaling, polishing, and periodontal maintenance
• Deliver structured oral health education and preventive care programmes tailored to individual patients
• Assist in the diagnosis and management of periodontal conditions alongside dentists and specialists
• Maintain accurate clinical records in line with DHA and international compliance standards
• Ensure strict adherence to infection control protocols and clinical governance procedures
• Support multidisciplinary collaboration within the dental and medical teams

Candidate Requirements

• DHA Licensed Dental Hygienist (or eligibility for licensing is mandatory)
• Minimum 3+ years of clinical experience in a professional dental setting
• Strong foundation in periodontal care and preventive dentistry
• Confident communication skills with the ability to educate and engage patients effectively
• Experience working in a multidisciplinary or high-standard private clinic is preferred
• Fluency in English required; additional languages are an advantage
