Dental Lab Technician - Digital (CAD/CAM)

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and professional Dental Laboratory Technician to join our growing Digital Department. This role focuses heavily on the design and execution of complex implant cases, as well as the expert operation of milling machines with a specific specialization in Metal Milling (Titanium and Cobalt-Chrome).

Key Responsibilities

• Design fixed dental restorations and complex implant cases (including Custom Abutments, Implant Bars, and Screw-retained bridges) using industry-standard CAD software.
• Prepare and optimize milling strategies using CAM software to ensure precision, structural integrity, and minimal material waste.
• Operate, monitor, and manage milling machines, with a strict focus on Metal Milling, including the correct selection of milling burs and toolpath strategies.
• Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and calibration of milling machines to ensure continuous, high-efficiency operation.
• Conduct strict quality control checks on all milled frameworks to ensure accurate fitting, margins, and adherence to technical specifications before passing them to the next department.

Qualifications & Skills Required

• Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a Digital (CAD/CAM) Technician in a dental laboratory setting.
• High proficiency and mastery of dental CAD software (specifically Exocad ).
• Demonstrated experience working with various Implant Systems and Libraries, with a strong capability in designing implant-supported structures.
• Advanced practical knowledge of Metal Milling, understanding the physical properties of metals and how to properly program them in CAM software
• Exceptional attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
