Qualifications and Requirements

1. Medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) from a recognized institution.

preferred.

1. Valid Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS) license or eligibility for licensing in

Saudi Arabia.

1. Strong clinical and diagnostic skills in dermatological conditions and cosmetic treatments.

2. Proficiency in using dermatology and aesthetic treatment devices, including lasers,

injectables, and radiofrequency devices.

1. Excellent communication and consultation skills to explain procedures, risks, and

expected outcomes to patients.

1. Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary medical team, including plastic surgeons,

nurses, and laser technicians.

1. Strong ethical and professional standards to ensure patient safety and satisfaction.

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Clinical & Aesthetic Dermatology Procedures:

2. Diagnose and treat various skin, hair, and nail disorders, such as acne, eczema, psoriasis,

and pigmentation issues.

1. Perform non-surgical aesthetic treatments, including Botox, dermal fillers, PRP therapy,

chemical peels, laser treatments, and micro needling.

1. Assist in advanced cosmetic dermatology procedures, such as laser resurfacing, body

contouring, and skin tightening.

1. Ensure patient safety, precision, and adherence to best dermatological practices

during all procedures.

1. Conduct skin assessments and consultations, developing personalized treatment plans

based on patient needs.

1. Educate patients about skincare routines, available treatments, and post-procedure

care.

1. Monitor patient progress and recovery, managing any side effects or complications as

needed.

1. Maintain strong doctor-patient relationships to ensure high levels of trust and

satisfaction.

1. Compliance & Professional Development:

2. Ensure full compliance with Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS) regulations

and international dermatology standards.

1. Maintain accurate patient records, treatment plans, and procedural documentation.

1. Collaborate with plastic surgeons, dermatology nurses, and laser technicians to provide

comprehensive patient care.

Knowledge, skills, and abilities

1. Comprehensive knowledge of general dermatology, including diagnosis and

treatment of skin, hair, and nail disorders.

1. In-depth understanding of aesthetic and cosmetic dermatology procedures,

such as Botox, fillers, PRP therapy, chemical peels, and laser treatments.

1. Familiarity with laser technologies, microneedling, radiofrequency, and skin

resurfacing treatments.

1. Knowledge of wound healing, scar management, and post-procedure care.

2. Awareness of Saudi healthcare regulations, SCFHS guidelines, and ethical

1. Understanding of the latest advancements in dermatology, including minimally

Experience

1. Minimum 2-5 years of experience in dermatology, preferably in an aesthetic

clinic, hospital, or private dermatology practice.

1. Hands-on experience in diagnosing and treating dermatological conditions,

such as acne, eczema, rosacea, pigmentation disorders, and hair loss.

1. Proven expertise in performing non-surgical aesthetic procedures, including:

• Botox and dermal fillers

• PRP therapy and mesotherapy

• Chemical peels and microdermabrasion

• Laser treatments.

• Micro needling and radiofrequency skin tightening

1. Experience working with advanced laser technologies and energy-based

devices for skin rejuvenation and pigmentation treatment.

1. Familiarity with dermatological surgical procedures, such as mole removal, skin

biopsy, and scar revision, is a plus.

1. Prior experience in patient consultation and treatment planning, ensuring high

levels of patient satisfaction.

1. Strong knowledge of Saudi healthcare regulations and SCFHS guidelines for

dermatology practice.
