We are looking for an experienced, passionate, and professional Massage Therapist cum Trainer to join our growing team in Dubai.

This role is ideal for a candidate who is skilled in therapeutic and spa massage treatments and also passionate about teaching and mentoring students in an educational environment.

Requirements

  • DHA License or DHA Eligibility as Massage Therapist
  • Minimum 2–3 years of UAE experience preferred
  • Experience in:
  • Swedish Massage
  • Deep Tissue Massage
  • Aromatherapy
  • Hot Stone Therapy
  • Lymphatic Drainage Massage
  • Relaxation & Spa Therapies
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Passion for teaching and training students
  • Knowledge of CIBTAC / ITEC standards is an advantage
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Ability to handle clients and students confidently

Job ResponsibilitiesClinical Responsibilities

  • Perform professional massage and wellness treatments
  • Maintain client consultation and treatment records
  • Ensure hygiene, sterilization, and safety protocols are followed
  • Recommend suitable treatments and homecare advice
  • Support clinic sales and client retention

Training Responsibilities

  • Conduct practical and theory training sessions
  • Train students according to international standards
  • Guide students for practical assessments and examinations
  • Demonstrate professional treatment procedures
  • Assist in maintaining student portfolios and progress records
