Job Summary

FertiClinic Fertilization Center L.L.C. O.P.C. is seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Embryologist to join our IVF Laboratory team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART) laboratory procedures while maintaining the highest standards of quality, patient safety, and laboratory excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Clinical Embryology.
• Valid MOH License or MOH Eligibility as an Embryologist (Required).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in an IVF Laboratory.
• Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS), Laboratory Safety, and Infection Control.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications (Not Required)

• Experience working in a JCI-accredited IVF/Fertility Centre.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine embryology laboratory procedures in accordance with established protocols and SOPs.
• Conduct semen analysis and sperm preparation for IVF, ICSI, and IUI procedures.
• Perform oocyte handling, fertilization assessment, embryo culture, embryo grading, and cryopreservation.
• Maintain accurate laboratory records and ensure complete specimen traceability.
• Participate in quality control, quality improvement initiatives, and laboratory audits.
• Ensure compliance with MOH regulations, laboratory safety standards, and infection prevention protocols.
• Collaborate with physicians and the multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
